As the director, you are responsible for time. SlideGo's telemetry panel gives you a unified view of the real-world time, total session elapsed time, and a critical countdown timer.

The countdown timer automatically shifts from green to amber and finally alert-red as the speaker runs out of time, making it easy to signal them to wrap up. Quick action buttons let you instantly add +5 minutes to the clock on the fly.

Yes! You must have presentation software (mainly Microsoft PowerPoint) installed on your system. That is actually SlideGo's biggest strength. Instead of trying to reinvent presentation rendering and breaking your fonts/videos, SlideGo acts as a remote control for the native Windows PowerPoint engine running invisibly in the background. You get perfect rendering every time.

Absolutely. SlideGo listens globally for standard Page Up / Page Down / Arrow / Spacebar inputs. This means any standard Logitech, Targus, or generic presentation remote will work flawlessly right out of the box to advance your slides.

If an external display is disconnected during a show, Windows usually shoves the fullscreen output back onto your main laptop screen, blocking your dashboard. SlideGo intercepts this hardware change instantly, forces the slides to shut down, and keeps your operator panel clean. When you plug it back in, it prompts you to resume right where you left off.
